Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may incur additional charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Company@JarrellJordan.com. Please note that any deposits made for services are non-refundable.

 

Late Fee Policy:

All invoices are due upon receipt. Late fees will apply after 3-10 days of non-payment, up to $300. Any returned checks or disputes after services are rendered may incur fees of up to $150.

 

Payment Policy:

Invoices must be paid upon receipt. Payments can be made via invoice with a credit or debit card; personal checks will not be accepted. Any disputes or payment issues may result in additional charges.

 

Products & Services Policy:

We do not issue refunds for any products or services once the order is confirmed and the service is rendered. All sales and purchases made with Jarrell V. Jordan Company are non-refundable. All sales are final. If you have any concerns, our team will review the issue.

 

The company reserves the right to decide whether an issue warrants credit. We can offer company credit to be used for other products or services, but no refunds will be provided.
