Cancel Policy:
Any cancellations within 48 hours of the service may result in additional charges. All cancellations request must be made via email to Company@JarrellJordan.com. Any deposits made for services are non-refundable.
Late Fee Policy:
All invoices are due upon receipt. Late fees will incur after 3-10 days non-payment up to $300. Any returned checks or dispute after services rendered will incur fees up to $150.
Payment Policy:
All invoices for payment are due upon receipt. Payments can be made via invoice with a credit or debit card. No personal check will be accepted. Any disputes or payment issues will incur additional charges.
Products & Services Policy:
We do not issue refunds for any products or services once the order is confirmed and the service is rendered. Any sales and purchases made with the Jarrell V. Jordan Company are Non-Refundable. All Sales are final. If there is an issue or concerns, our team will review the issue.
It is at the discretion of the company to decipher if an issue will warrant a credit. We can offer company credit to be used for other products or services, but no refunds will be given.
