Step One in our Crisis & Risk Management Process is Analysis. During this stage, we work with our clients to understand structure, culture, risk management approach, level of preparedness and the incident management approach.
Step Two in our Crisis & Risk Management Process is Preparation. During this stage, we bring together all of the information from the first stage and begin to create a plan of action for a crisis. This includes response actions, roles and responsibilities and post incident actions.

Step Three in our Crisis & Risk Management Process is Response. During this stage, we will implement the crisis management plan. This also includes collection and analyzing data of how the decisions were made during the crisis.

Step Four in our Crisis & Risk Management Process is Response. During this stage, we will provide operational support and any additional support needed. This also includes a reflective review, planning review and crisis management plan review.
